1. Affiliate Commission Structure
Affiliate commissions are determined by the commission rate and conditions configured for the product in Digistore24. Please check the current marketplace listing and your affiliate account for the applicable rate before promoting the product.
Commissions may depend on successful payment, attribution, refunds, chargebacks, and the applicable marketplace rules. No specific commission amount or earnings level is guaranteed unless confirmed by the current program terms.
2. Affiliate Tracking & Attribution
Use the affiliate links and tracking parameters provided by Digistore24 to identify eligible referrals. Attribution depends on the marketplace's current tracking technology, cookie settings, attribution rules, and applicable privacy requirements.
Do not assume a fixed cookie duration or guaranteed attribution period unless it is explicitly confirmed in the current Digistore24 documentation or your affiliate account. Avoid altering tracking links in ways that could interfere with attribution.
3. Products & Target Audience
GPS Tracking TR offers GPS tracking software licenses suitable for use cases such as vehicle monitoring, fleet management, and asset tracking, depending on the selected plan and supported configuration.
Affiliates should describe the product accurately and target audiences likely to benefit from GPS tracking software. The purchase is for the software license specified in the offer; physical tracking devices or accessories are not included unless the particular offer explicitly says otherwise.
Do not make unsupported claims about performance, security, compatibility, uptime, or installation time.
4. Payments & Affiliate Payouts
Digistore24 handles affiliate account administration and commission processing according to its applicable policies and the settings associated with your account.
Payout eligibility, payment schedules, minimum thresholds, available currencies, tax documentation, and payment methods are determined by Digistore24's current rules and your account status. Check your Digistore24 account for the applicable details.
GPS Tracking TR does not guarantee a particular payout frequency or processing time.
5. Marketing Rules & Restrictions
Affiliates must use truthful, lawful, and non-deceptive promotional methods. Do not publish fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, misleading earnings claims, or unsupported product guarantees.
Do not use spam, deceptive redirects, forced clicks, unauthorized tracking, fraudulent traffic, or methods designed to manipulate affiliate attribution.
Paid advertising involving our brand names, trademarks, domain names, or branded search terms must comply with the applicable affiliate program rules. Do not bid on restricted brand terms where prohibited by the program.
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws.
