Welcome to GPS Tracking TR. To ensure global system integrity, data security, and compliance with international tracking standards, all users must adhere to the following protocols. Activation of any service constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
⚖️ Legal Compliance & Judicial Data Disclosure
- Data Disclosure: GPS Tracking TR reserves the right to disclose personal and tracking data to judicial authorities or law enforcement upon receipt of a valid court order or legal request.
- User Responsibility: Users are 100% responsible for ensuring their tracking activities comply with the local national laws and privacy regulations of their country.
- Limitation of Liability: We provide the monitoring infrastructure; any legal consequences from misused tracking data are the sole responsibility of the user.
- Age Requirement: You must be 18+ years old to purchase a subscription. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
⚠️ CRITICAL PAYMENT & ORDER LIMITS
1. UNIQUE EMAIL FOR NEW CATEGORIES: To purchase a different plan tier (e.g., A5 to A25), you MUST use a unique email address at the Payment/Checkout stage. Using an existing subscription email will result in immediate activation failure.
2. 3-ORDER LIMIT: A single email account is permitted a MAXIMUM OF 3 SUBSCRIPTIONS in total.
3. NO CROSS-UPGRADES: Plan categories are technically locked. You cannot upgrade or downgrade between tiers (e.g., A10 to A50) on the same account identity.

2. Platform Operational Rules
Single Item Checkout
Your cart cannot contain more than one product or quantity at a time. Only single-item transactions are supported for instant activation.
14-Day Free Trial
Free trial accounts are assigned the A1-1 role and can only be extended by purchasing the A1-1 Follow-Up product.
Admin Inclusion Logic
User limits represent the total accounts allowed. For example, the A25 plan includes your 1 Primary Management Account + 24 Sub-users.
